Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery and you can receive an exchange or refund within 10 days under certain conditions:
For reasons of hygiene and in accordance with the law on the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all the elements delivered. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
In the event of a defective product, we will not ask you to return the product. We'll take care of the express return of your order! If you do not wish to receive a second product, we will ask you to return the parcel to our reception center. Shipping will be at your expense.
For all returns, please send an e-mail to contact@simracergear.com, we will send you the return form and process your request. Please note that postal charges for returns are at the customer's expense.
Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays, and delivered within France within 4 to 9 working days.
